Dee Mullner
(she/her) Director of People
Dee Mullner is a Human Resources leader with over two decades of experience across the NHS and public sector. Currently serving as Director of People at North West London Pathology, Dee leads strategic workforce initiatives that support clinical excellence and organisational transformation.
Previously, Dee worked as Head of People Relations and Policy at Barts Health NHS Trust, where she shaped employee relations frameworks and policy development. Her earlier leadership as Head of HR at CNWL NHS Foundation Trust and NHS Resolution focused on embedding appraisal systems, driving culture change, and strengthening organisational development.
Dee’s career began in Australia employment advisory roles before moving to the UK working for the British Medical Association.
