Hillingdon: Planned ICE downtime – 17 April

A new pathology IT system will be implemented on Saturday 17 April – Winpath will be replaced with Sunquest.

Downtime for ordering tests on ICE will be required on Saturday 17 April from 10am – 3.30pm.

  • Downtime procedures should be followed during this period.
  • Paper forms should be used to make requests.
  • Results will be available on ICE.
  • Only order urgent tests during this time period.
  • Rapid Covid-19 tests – please use the DNAnudge machines as these will be unaffected by the downtime
  • The site manager will inform you once the system comes back online.
