On Saturday 17 April a new pathology IT system will go live at Hillingdon Hospitals and, in addition, a number of services will transfer to the hub laboratory at Charing Cross. This is part of a transformation programme to implement a hub and spoke model for pathology. The introduction of a single, robust and flexible IT system across all our sites will ensure we can deliver a pathology service that is modern, innovative and sustainable.
All the laboratories at the hub are ISO accredited (ISO15189: 2012).

Pathology Downtime
The changes will take place from Saturday 17 April and will require a period of downtime on Saturday 17 April. More information about this will be available shortly.
