This year Biomedical Science Day 2024 took place on Thursday 6 June. This is a day to celebrate biomedical science professionals’ hard work.

Our 2024 Symposium will bring together pathologists, laboratory scientists, healthcare leaders, and medical professionals from NWLP and beyond for a dynamic exchange of knowledge and ideas. This will be a day filled with inspiration, collaboration, and innovation!

Our NWLP Staff Awards took place in May 2024 at the W12 Conference Centre in Hammersmith.

NWLP have been successful in winning two awards at the recent Public Services People Managers Association (PPMA) Excellence in People Management Awards. NWLP won the Best Workforce Transformation/Change Initiative Award.

Our award winning Induction Programme has been shortlisted in the Training and Development Transformation category for the IBMS Awards!

During Healthcare Science Week, we launched #DiagnosingYou on social media, a new series of educational animations to uncover the journey of diagnosing people, starting with blood tests!

The HSJ Digital Awards recognise innovative digital projects transforming care delivery, enhance efficiency, and improve patient outcomes.

NWLP has agreed to work together with the other 16 Paddington Life Sciences Partners to improve health and reduce inequalities through four key areas of focus: social value, diversity and equity in clinical trials, data and digital, and place and space.

We are finalists for the Best Workforce Transformation Change Initiative in recognition of our induction programme.

Our induction programme has been nominated for the Best Employee Experience Journey award and Saghar Missaghian Cully, Managing Director, has been nominated for Leader of the Year!
