Antibodies to the epithelial cells of the salivary duct occur in around 50% of patients with Sjögren’s syndrome (SjS). Please note the presence of Ro/SSA antibody (see ENA profile) is a more sensitive marker of SjS and forms part of the 2016 ACR/EULAR classification criteria. |
