| Notes | Test is performed in the Blood Sciences Multi-Disciplinary Automated Laboratory (MDAL). Samples giving an IgM positive or equivocal test result or those repeatedly IgG Equivocal/IgM Not detected will be reported as such and sent to a reference laboratory for further tests. Additional interpretative comments may be added to reports as required, depending on results of IgG and IgM assays. Please note, this assay is currently unaccredited due to the change in platform. |
