Voltage gated calcium channel antibodies are seen in 85% of patients with Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS).

Clinical Indications

Suspected Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome
Muscle weakness with small cell lung carcinoma

Negative = <45pM
