We’re a Winner in the British Training Awards 2025!

July 9, 2025

We are delighted to announce that we’ve been named a Winner in the British Training Awards 2025 for Innovation of the Year.

The British Training Awards is an annual campaign that sets out to discover and celebrate the teams and individuals who are truly passionate about the role of learning and development in building a thriving workforce.

With over 360 entries being received from organisations across the UK, competition to be named a winner proved to be fierce. Companies taking part ranged from start-ups, public sector, tech, global companies and everything in between.

Saghar Missaghian-Cully, Managing Director for North West London Pathology, said: “I’m really proud that one of the key initiatives under the NWLP Training Academy has been recognised. Our innovative approach to learning, training, education and development is continuing to have a positive and encouraging influence on our Biomedical Science staff working in laboratory diagnostics as well as our wider and diverse support teams in the organisation. There were over 360 entries received from large organisations across the UK, being named the winner is absolutely incredible.”

Nate Harwood, Founder of New Possible, said: “Organisations increasingly need to be agile, innovative and fast – and we believe L&D is the catalyst for that. The British Training Awards are proud to celebrate the exceptional teams and individuals making this happen. Congratulations to all the Winners and Highly Commended.”
